RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICY
(includes changes/cancellations)

As your hosts, we appreciate your visit & want you to know by staying with us, you help fund the preservation of the local sea turtle population. We also support local Baja artists to preserve age-old methods/techniques of the indigenous population. We want to share our special place with you and hope you enjoy your stay. Please read carefully the following before committing to a reservation... it is prudent to purchase travellers insurance with a private broker.

Before making a reservation all clients must acknowledge & adhere to the
following payment and cancellation policy.

All reservations require 50% deposit toward the total room rent
including the 14% tax. The balance must be paid in full upon arrival
in US dollars or equivalent Mexican Pesos or Pay Pal processing
4 WEEKS in advance of the 1st reservation date.
Should you need to change or cancel a reservation, you are required
to notify La Alianza no less than 4 weeks prior to your 1st reservation date.
There is a 20% change/cancellation fee of the entire booking.
In the event of a cancellation within 4 weeks before the
reservation date, NO REFUND will be given unless your
accommodations are rebooked. The 20% change/cancellation fee still applies.
Guests are required to pay all nights reserved regardless of actual days used.
